<p style="text-align: justify;">Juicing is a very good way to improve your health, diet, lose weight, replace a meal, lower cholesterol. The list goes on and on because natural fruits and vegetables add nutrients to your diet. Since there are no additives they improve your digestion and provide you with needed vitamins. Some people are concern with calories and because the juices you make at home are all natural there is no need to worry about calories. The calorie spectrum is very wide with natural juices, for example, Aloe Vera Juice has approx 3 calories while orange has approx 80 calories. When you mix fruits and vegetables the calories increase but the benefits outweigh the calories.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you are going to introduce juicing to your diet I recommend at you start of by mixing and matching fruits and vegetables that you enjoy. A good example for me is that I love carrots and I enjoy eating oranges, therefore one of the first juice recipes I tried was oranges and carrots. To this day that is by far my favorite. Another good way to develop juice recipes is to consider the V8 juice recipe and make it what you like, in other words make your own V8 recipe. Take into consideration what fruits and vegetables are in season and let that guide you as well. When you are purchasing your fruits and vegetables take into consideration were you are purchasing. You want o be able to purchase your fruits and vegetables from a reputable market. Always feel and check your fruit and vegetables, you want a ripe and fresh smelling fruit or vegetable. A ripe fruit of vegetable will give way but will not feel mushy; you want it to be firm but to have some give as well. Don&#8217;t underestimate your sense of smell, if your not sure then you may want to skip that fruit or vegetable all together.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Two of my favorite things to add to juices are garlic and ginger. For the garlic it is an acquired taste I recommend that you start with a small clover and add as you go along. The ginger is a wonderful fresh taste but again you have to add according to our taste buds. Another additive I love is Cilantro, I love the aroma and extra punch it adds to any juice.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Finally, the most important thing you can do is start juicing today, don&#8217;t worry about he calories or the recipes. The calories in juice are good to you; they help you introduce vitamins into your system and they assist you in cleansing. You can experiment with juice recipes by starting with combination of fruits and vegetables that you already enjoy and then you can build from there.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">With many people discovering alternative medicine for the first time, and to great results, it may be time for a change in that paradigm.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Naturopathic medicine is a medical philosophy that is also known as naturopathy. Essentially, those interested in naturopathic health practices utilize the improvement of health through the treatment of the body as a whole unit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This approaches the body&#8217;s own capacity to heal itself and, through alternative medicine, creates a medical philosophy that would move the body to act in light of difficulties. The body would move to act and fight a cold, for example, because of naturopathic medicine.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">American homeopathic medicine is often confused with naturopathic health. While they are related, it does differ somewhat from its health aspect. Homeopathic medicine is a method of treatment that introduces like substances to like substances.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In other words, homeopathy is a form of alternative medicine that would treat a cold with a lesser form of the cold virus, for example. This, in theory, helps the body&#8217;s own treatment sensors spring to life and treats the cold from within.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">American naturopathic med principles suggest that the problem areas can be repaired by using natural aspects of health, such as acupuncture or the use of herbs, as opposed to surgery or drug treatments. Many people fear that its American principles because they appear to &#8220;go too far&#8221; in terms of treatment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Acne homeopathic doctor prescriptions are another example of the belief of naturopathy and homeopathy to encourage self-healing. In essence, acne homeopathic doctor advice would infer that skin works from the inside out.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The prescription of topical treatments would be rare and, if prescribed, would be strictly herbal treatments. This type of treatment, in terms of acne medication, is significantly easier on the skin but may not be suitable for all acne cases.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As illustrated in terms of acne skin care or in terms of treating a cold with homeopathy or naturopathy, naturopathic health can be a complicated aspect of the industry. It is, however, gaining significant support in many areas and gathering steam throughout the health field.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Many people prefer the non-invasive approach of its health principles to that of traditional surgery or drug treatments. Others, however, are still very wary of its health aspect in light of a lack of evidential support.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is essentially a foregone conclusion to infer that the debate involving homeopathy and naturopathic health will continue to heat up.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Since we use our eye all day long, we seldom stop to think that we would need to DO something with them in order to keep them in great shape. We recognize that most aspects of our physique can be imrpoved upon through training, yet most of us totally neglect the importance of our eyes strenght.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">From our first day at school throughout our life as grown ups we get to do close vision work like reading and eying computer monitors. Then in our spare time we repeat by doing many similar tasks &#8211; reading books, watching television and playing video games. Our eyes are constantly worn and looking at some nearby objects almost all the time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This is a problem, because our eyes are not too well equiped to constantly focus on something right in front of our noses &#8211; or in other words, we use hard vision using mostly the center of our vision.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A stone-age human being, whose biological and genetic composition would be very similar to our own, would probably have spent the better part of the day using soft, or peripheral vision, looking into the distance and viewing birds, trees, mountains, cloud formations, stars, animals to hunt etc. It can be hard to compare yourself to people in the stone age, but physiologically it is a valid comparison.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In contemporary society we can naturally not be expected to live and act like people of the stone-age, but it is still factual that lots of close vision work like reading, if done incorrectly, over time greatly reduces our ability to see distant objects. Now wonder then that nearsightedness, or myopia, have become more of a rule than an exception.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Most people just accept this condition as the inevitable process of aging, and think that it can only be remedied by wearing corrective lenses or undergoing laser surgery. Both of which are quite expensive remedies.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, as was already hinted, many common vision problems are to some extent self inflicted. And the damage caused by of various close vision activities could be greatly reduced by reeducating the way you use your eyes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Furthermore, conditions like nearsightedness can actually be reversed by regularly performing some very straightforward exercises that involves relaxing the eyes and re-training them to focus on object further away.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The most important thing you can do is educate yourself. Learn about your health problems and how you can take care of your body. What do the latest studies say? The Internet is an excellent place to research health issues. Sometimes just finding different ways of doing things can help.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, take the time to decide what your health goals for the next year will be. Write the goal(s) down. Some examples of goals might be:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- to stop yo-yo dieting and focus on get healthier.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- to start exercising regularly.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- to move toward my perfect weight.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">- to find alternative ways to control diabetes.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Then list specific ways you can accomplish these goals. For instance, try a new healthy dinner recipe once a week, go to the gym five days a week, or research nutrition on the Internet 10 minutes a day.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Work on your mind and thought patterns. You have to believe that you can become healthy and reach your ideal weight before you will be able to do so. Learning to accept what you can&#8217;t change, but striving to change what you can, is key. A large part of succeeding in health improvement is being comfortable with yourself to begin with.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Find time to do something good to reward yourself for making this commitment to improve your health. Reward yourself each week as you find yourself accomplishing your goals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you have another person to work with, you will be more successful in meeting your health goals. This partner should be someone you can trust to share your feelings with.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It helps to have a partner for accountability. We work harder when we know someone is watching us and holding us accountable. A good partner also helps us stay realistic in our goals and challenges us to grow.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Try to find someone who will encourage you in the down times and celebrate your successes with you as you accomplish your goals. And of course you need to be that kind of a partner to your friend in return.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You might consider forming an informal support group with some of your friends or acquaintances. People who belong to a group with mutual interests and a shared purpose accomplish more. A group might get together weekly or monthly and discuss progress or concerns and help encourage each other. Sometimes all a person might need is another opinion or just a little encouragement to help them get past a place where they are having problems. Even if you are doing great, perhaps you could be of help to someone else who is struggling.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Communication is important when putting together a group. Set up a regular time and method to report progress to each other and stick to it. Set realistic benchmarks to monitor your progress. Reward yourselves for your effort. Do something fun as a group once in a while.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Massage works by sending electrical signals through the entire body. This increases circulation which clears waste products from bodily tissues. These electrical signals also boost the immune system as well as reduce pain and stress. During massaging, our natural pain killing substances, called endorphins, are produced which create a general sense of well being and calmness.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF JOGGING</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jogging on a regular basis give a distinct good effect upon the general health, provided it is not over-done. The effects are:<br />
* Jogging makes the heart stronger. It increases the capacity of the blood circulation and of the respiratory system.<br />
* It speeds up the digestive system and helps you get rid of digestive trouble.<br />
* It counteracts depression.<br />
* It increases the capacity to work and lead an active life.<br />
* Jogging makes you burn fat and thereby helps against over-weight.<br />
* If you suffer from poor appetite, jogging will improve your appetite.<br />
* Jogging will strengthens the muscles of your legs, hips and back. However you will not get very big muscles from jogging.<br />
* Jogging makes you sleep better.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">THE PLEASURE OF JOGGING</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jogging gives you physical and mental joy, provided you do not exhaust yourself. When jogging is done correctly, you will actually feel less tired when you have finished a tour than before you began. You get nice feelings in your muscles during the jogging and afterwards.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You will feel the wind blowing around your body. You will hear the birds singing, the music of running water in the streams, or the sound of waves dashing towards the seashore. During the jogging you will also get a euphoric mental feeling after some time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">CLOTHES AND SHOES</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The type of clothes you were must be suited to the weather conditions. In warm weather, shorts and a t-shirt is enough. However, it may be useful to carry along an extra piece of clothe in a light back-pack if you run out on a long route, in case the weather aggravates. In colder weather you must add more layers of clothes. In either case, the requirements for the clothes are:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You should use light and soft clothes without any sharp sutures, hard edges or massive folds. They should sit fairly close to your body, but not so close that you feel squeezed, trapped, or so that your movements are hindered.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The clothes should give good ventilation for moisture and sweat and perspiration through the fabric. The fabric should ideally hold water totally out from the outside, but this requirement is difficult to achieve together with the requirement of good ventilation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You should use fairly soft shoes, but with a good shape fitting the anatomical shape of your feet. The soles should easily bend during the normal movements of your feet, but support well against the ground. The underside of the sole should give friction against any type of grounds, so that you do not slide during jogging. The soles should buffer well against each impact from the ground.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">JOGGING ROUTES AND SESSIONS</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jogging may be performed in a lot of ways<br />
* Long distance jogging 6-20 km in a moderate speed on even roads or paths.<br />
* Short distance jogging 3-6 km in a high speed.<br />
* Jogging upwards in a steep terrain 3-4 km, in a speed adjusted to the steepness<br />
* Jogging in a hilly terrain with paths going both up an down 4-8 km</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is advisable to vary the type of jogging from day to day. Then the jogging gets funnier and you get a variable type of training.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">HOW TO PERFORM A JOGGING SESSION</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You should move slowly with little efforts the first few hundred meters to warm up your muscles. Then you gradually increase your muscular work and speed. When you have done half the route, you can take a speedy spurt using most of your capacity. If the route is long enough, you can take two or three spurts using nearly full capacity. The last hundred meters you gradually slow down again.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">STRETCHING YOUR BODY BEFORE AND AFTER EACH SESSION</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is advisable to stretch out both before and after each jogging session, and not only the muscles in your feet, but your whole body 2 minutes before and 3-4 minutes after the session. When stretching out do the following movements:<br />
* Bend forward and touch your toes.<br />
* Kneel down on one of your feet, and stretch the other out backwards.<br />
* Bend your body to both sides.<br />
* Stretch out an arm, grab something, and turn your body round so that your arm is bent backwards.<br />
* Shoot your abdomen foreword, so that your spinal column is stretched into a bow.<br />
* Place your hands behind your neck and stretch your arms backwards. Then twist your body to left and right, also bend to each side.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After the jogging it is sometimes best to wait for some minutes before you stretch out, so that the worst tiredness has gone away first.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">WHEN AND HOW OFTEN</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If jogging is the only sport activity done, a jogging session every second day is ideal. This is enough to give all the health benefits and increase your condition and endurance gradually, but without wearing yourself out. If you combine jogging by other types of sport activities, 2 times a week may be enough.<br />
You should not be too hungry before jogging, but it is not advisable to take a jogging session straight after a big meal. The time of the day does not matter, but your jogging should not be the first thing you do in the morning.</p>
